In the course of the meeting, Borys Tarasiuk, Committee Chairman, dwelled upon the basic priorities of foreign policy of Ukraine, and commented on the current political situation in Ukraine.
The representatives of Danish delegation were interested in the activity of Ukrainian parliament, relations between Ukraine and Russia, future status of the Black See fleet and development of Crimean infrastructure. They also were concerned with Ukraine´s position regarding conflict in Georgia, and Ukraine´s future in Euro-Atlantic organizations.
The Committee members stated that Ukraine adhered to its international commitments and was consistently implementing its foreign and domestic policy.
